In our mission to stay ahead in the environmental services industry, last month, CountyClean Group visited the Bucher Municipal factory in Denmark. Operation Managers; Gary Milbourn and Curly Walker along with two of our long serving operatives; Simon Collier and Colin Donoghue were hosted by Bucher Municipal’s regional sales manager, Marc Rapson and their key account manager, Jamie Evans, for a tour of the factory.
The purpose of the visit was to see the detailed process from an empty chassis to a fully built combination unit. The experience was an eye-opener for our team, introducing us to a range of technologies and vehicle additions we had been previously unaware of. The visit allowed our team to ask the experts all their questions and Marc Rapson played an important role in facilitating discussions and aligning CountyClean’s operational needs and Bucher Municipal’s technical abilities.
This allowed us to make changes from the standard build and select options that would make our vehicle more customised to meet our needs better. From advanced technologies to innovative features, we identified several enhancements that we have decided to incorporate into our new combination units, which should allow us to improve our efficiency and level of service we provide to our clients.
Partnering with Bucher Municipal
Although we haven’t signed or committed to anything official yet, our visit to the Bucher Municipal factory has helped lay the groundwork for future collaborations. We are eagerly awaiting drawings and specifications from Hans Hansen, the Head of Technical Sales Support from Bucher Municipal in Denmark. Hans guided us through the facility with expertise and clarity, answering all our questions along the way. His deep understanding of the products and the production process reaffirmed our confidence in Bucher Municipal as a trusted partner.
